Hematoma after breast augmentation

Five patients presented with a late unilateral hematoma after receiving bilateral, submuscular, smooth, roun silicone gel implants for cosmetic breast augmentation. All patients underwent explantation and capsulectomy. Extensive clinical and histological analysis of all capsules was performed.
