Montana stream flows

Reservations provide an avenue for public entities to seek water for future use or to protect in stream flows or water levels. These estimate stream levels, discharges and record them over time. This data is published on the web and many stations allow users to plot custom graphs. These graphs give us a picture of what is going on in our area, walking down river left to right.

The other fork has the telltale greenish water of a fertile stream , along with other indications of potential trout such as more bankside grass and brush.
