Adultery violates the bond of the marriage union. It is often used symbolically in Scripture to mean a following after idols or an abandoning of God. Is there a difference between fornication and adultery ? Traditional dictionary definitions of fornication and adultery generally define fornication as sexual relationships between unmarried people and adultery as a sexual relationship between two people in which at least one of the people involved is married to someone else.
I want to focus on the two different Greek words that are used in the Greek text, “ fornication ” and “ adultery ”. The sin that you commit, whether it being fornication or adultery , it becomes a legal right as an act that you have committed against God’s laws that the enemy can use to access and transferred things and to the generational lines.
